I think the staff's response is very good.

The temperature in the room could not be set freely and it felt a little cold.

There is only a microwave at the reception. I think it should be placed on each floor.

It's amazing how they take responsibility for dealing with damage to personal suitcases. The attentiveness of the staff was also wonderful.

sense of cleanliness

Although it was a stay for fun, it felt more like a business hotel. I wanted to enjoy a resort-like experience in Tachikawa, so I was looking for one without thinking about the price, but in the end I came to the conclusion that Tachikawa only had business hotels. I have stayed at other hotels in Tachikawa, but this was one of the best.
